Bordering Beverly Hills, The Factory features a 15,000 square foot multi-permitted space in which the versatility of the dramatic interiors are ideally suited for film and television premieres, wrap parties, fashion shows, film shoots, music industry showcases, and most other industry events.
Recently having undergone a multimillion dollar renovation, this event center features state of the art lighting and sound which have earned The Factory the reputation as being one of the premier event locations in Southern California.
The Factory offers an exciting array of options for the industry client and event planner. With a fully equipped restaurant kitchen, The Factory is designed to accommodate a sit down dinner for up to 300, or over a thousand for a dance/buffet/cocktail party. The Factory is divided into two dramatic areas (the second is Ultra Suede) with four individual fully stocked bars. The two areas can be used together or separately (each with it's own street entrance) depending on the occupancy requirements.
The Factory contain lounges and dance areas, bars, coat check and modern spacious restroom facilities, with each area creating it's own unique ambiance. The Factory has a high-tech, industrial style and architecture.
The Factory has a complete, experienced and personable staff capable of handling any party or event need. Three large valet parking lots adjacent to the building comfortably and safely meet the requirements of any size group.
The Factory was built in 1929 as the Mitchell Camera Company owned by movie studio mogul William Fox. Retooled during World War II as the Norden bomb site factory, the space regained it's Hollywood connection in 1968 when Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack opened the site as a private club called The Factory. A rich heritage, spectacular renovation and ideal location make The Factory standout as the place for your next event.
